If Your Event Is Taking Place on the Las Vegas Strip, at a Casino, Convention Center, Restaurant, or Nearby Strip Area Venue

A surcharge applies to events held at casino properties, on the Las Vegas Strip, at convention centers, and at nearby venues due to the additional logistics involved.

The surcharge typically ranges from $100 to $200, depending on the specific venue and level of complexity. Factors such as walking distance, parking costs, vendor check-in procedures, and setup time can vary significantly from one location to another.

This fee covers the additional logistics required. In many cases, we must arrive up to two hours prior to the event, followed by 30 to 45 minutes for setup and testing. These venues often require vendor check-in, loading dock access, and longer walking distances for equipment transport. In some cases, we require two team members to complete the setup efficiently.
