NOTE
There is a $150.00 surcharge for events held at any venue or property on the Las Vegas Strip, including restaurants, as well as locations near the Convention Center and inside casinos, due to additional logistics, resort fees, venue insurance requirements, and the extra time required to load and transport equipment through casino properties, including long walking distances from parking areas. Booth dimensions and space requirements:

Here are the dimensions and the recommended setup area for the Magazine Box Booth:

Booth size:
• Height: 7.5 ft tall
• Width: 7 ft wide

Minimum space needed for setup:
• Minimum ceiling height: 9 to 10 ft
• Recommended setup area: at least 12 to 15 ft wide
(so guests have comfortable access to enter and exit of Magazine Box)
• Depth required: approximately 12 to 17 ft deep
(to allow room for the camera setup and printing station, if prints are included)

This space allows for the booth, lighting, and smooth guest flow in and out of the frame.
